MS Outlook Express POP Email Account
- Open Outlook Express and click on the Tools menu and select Accounts.
- Select the Mail tab.
- Click on the Add and select Mail.
- The setup wizard should now appear.
In the field labeled Display Name please enter your Full Name as you would like it to appear.
Click Next.
- On the next window, you should see an area for your email address.
Make sure that you have "I already have an e-mail address that I’d like to use" selected.
In Email Address, enter username@yourdomain.com where is your login id.
Click Next.
- Incoming mail: mail.yourdomainname.com
Outgoing mail: Ask your ISP about the Outgoing mail (SMTP) server.
Click Next.
- Account Name:
Password: password
Where is your login id and password is your logon password.
Click Next.
- Click Finish.
- Click Close.
